Do you sell women’s clothing? All clothing is designed to be unisex, unless otherwise stated. This means no “Pink Tax”, but we don’t believe in this anyway. 

When can I expect my item? We will package and dispatch your purchase within 48 hours of receiving your order, from there it will depend on your location in regards to shipping time. Refer to shipping page. 

Please note there are several delays at the moment due to Covid-19 and therefore it may take a little longer for your item to arrive. 

If you have purchased a product on pre-order, the item will be dispatched on the date given in the product description. If there are any changes we'll let you know via email.

I don’t like it, or the product is faulty, can I return it? Unfortunately, if you simply don’t like the product we will not be able to offer you a refund, you may however return the item in exchange for another. This is also available if you order the wrong size. Just send us an email and we’ll try to come to the best solution for all parties.

If the item is faulty, please get in touch with us within 7 days of delivery with supporting photos. Again we will take the time to come to the best solution for all parties. 

How do I wash my items? We recommend to wash all items inside out in cold water (think about the environment) with like colours and a gentle detergent. Dry in shade to minimise fading and limit using the dryer to help reduce energy consumption. 

Do not iron print (seriously who’s ironing tees and jumpers anyway?) or dry-clean (save your dosh). 

Where do my items come from? We try to utilise as many local (Perth) and domestic (Australian) businesses as possible who have similar values to us. The supply line is 100% traceable. We're aware this may impact pricing, but believe good quality work performed by locals is worth the extra $$.
